    Comments made about questionable service are either correct or the insurance company this business provides services to is incompetent for the following reasons;

    Vehicle return estimated at Tuesday 3rd March. On 3rd March (late in day) on my call was advised that due to receipt of one part that day, they will put it back together and paint and it will be ready on 6 March 2015.

    Insurance company is AAMI, its reputation is being irrevocably damaged. Had been monitoring work via AAMI web site, but they had disabled the my repair status page after the estimated completion date (16 Feb) was passed.

    excellent repair work on my holden caprice(my car was poorly repaired&damaged by canberra body works) I got my car back in under 4 days in perfect condition thanks Jason.

    Terrible service, poor communication and no care of customer, don't know why insurer pick this repairer after getting few quotes, must be cheap.

    It took about 8 weeks to get the part as them it had to come from Japan which can be understandable but there is no communication ever time you call the shop someone answers the phone and that person has no idea and always gives the same answer," I don't know, boss is not here". finally on week 9 boss answer the phone and told me to drop the car on Monday, so I did that and no communication for 2 weeks, when I called at the end of 2nd week the boss was not there. So I call after 2 weeks on Monday and the boss answer the phone and told me it should be ready by Thursday or Friday. I called on Thursday and there was no answer few times, I kept trying that day but only answer I got was that the boss is not there. Friday I went to the shop and the boss was there and said people were sick so he could not do much, not a care whatsoever. I asked him when it will be finish as its been now there weeks. he told me he will call me on following Wednesday to let me know and it should be ready by Thursday. never got the called so called on Thursday and this time the person knew what was going on regardless of boss not being there and told me to pick it up by 4 pm. got home as it was raining and check my car at home there was still pieces of glasses in the car. Worst experience!!!

    Rang and then finally posted a message with insurer asking for an update; assessor rang on 1 Mar and said this company was waiting for a part and the car (early model ford ranger) would be ready this week. Ring Thursday if there has been no phone - no phone call. Rang assessor at 1:40pm and had to leave a message.
