  Worst service I have had in a long time. New owner has very little idea. Used to have great staff (Wade) was extremely helpful. seems he is not there anymore, no one would give me a straight answer where he is. Still have a below average mechanic. Looks like I need to find another shop.

  Avoid at all costs, the owner will simply avoid you if he doesn't want to pursue a warranty issue.

  Saw some of the bad reviews but I didn’t experience any of what was mentioned. I received great service and advice from these guys. They stayed a little late to help me out after closing time and were always very accommodating to me when I take my bike in. I’m a continued customer.

  Stopped in today and the staff were very helpful. Darren fitted me out with gear I required without any stress or over kill on non essentials . I will be stopping in again soon and would highly recommend to anyone. Huge range of bikes too.
