  We've moved houses a number of times in the past and this was by far the best removal company we have ever used. Both the crew working with Andrew in Canberra and then the one delivering our furniture on the Gold Coast was great and totally professional. Our houseful of furniture was loaded up in Canberra on Monday and delivered in Queensland at 8 am on Wednesday. Amazingly, not one item was damaged or scratched. And the same with the car!

  Ours was quite a complicated move as our requirements kept changing. During the process we decided to store and then transport some of our items because our son was moving to Melbourne. At the time we couldn't even anticipate when they would be required in Melbourne. It was absolutely no problem. Anything that came up at the last minute was dealt with in a 'no problem' way. Then we decided to take more things than were quoted originally. Again, no problem with that. At the last minute we decided to transport a car to Queensland. Again, it was absolutely no trouble making adjustments.

  Very professional and efficient team at Leaders Removals & Storage. Handled all our office furniture with utmost care and walked us through the whole process prior to the move. Not a single item was scratched during the process. The booking process was also really simple and all email correspondences were answered really promptly.
