  I have been picking up mail from here for over two years and I find these guys the best. They consistently deliver top notch service and no matter how swamped they are, they always manage to smile and exchange warm greetings. These guys will help you no matter what and always do their best to sort things out for you.

  The place is really poorly thought out ... queues are so long that they overflow into the cramped retail shop and out of the door. The staff try to do the best with the cards they're dealt with but there are always issues locating my parcels 3 out of the 4 times I'm there. This place is a perfect reminder that people should use parcel lockers whenever possible.

  This is a review of my local postman. His name is Robert and he delivers to Dunlop in the ACT. I just wanted to say he is awesome. A pleasure to deal with and always friendly and helpful. Thanks Robert!

  Always slow and inefficient. The thing that bugs me about this place the most, is that I have NEVER sent stuff to their parcel lockers, I always opt for parcel collect at the Mitchell Post Office but there are always one or two packages that they put in the parcel lockers at Mitchell Business Hub. Actually that is a joke because the last few times they put my packages in the "parcel lockers", they emailed me to say they were full, so I had to collect over the counter. I hate using their counter because the staff is the epitome of what you think of, when you think public servant. Slow with no initiative, just trying to get through their 7:21 day. So today, I had to get a parcel from them because they have incorrectly put it in a parcel locker but again, the lockers are full, so I have to pick up. Waiting for the one slow attendant to get through the line, when someone else shows up to assist. He is working the queue, I get to him and he directs me to pick up my packages from some other guy, where all the parcels are. I talk to this guy and he says "yeah, just go to the counter and they will get that for you". "I was just there and they told me to come here!" I say, not so quietly. The response is a blank look. That's all you ever get from there, is a blank look.

  They do their best considering how poorly thought out the facility is. Expect lines out the door in peak times.
